A friendly, simple peak to climb up! But: It is also a peak above 3000 meters. So it is a great goal for aspiring hikers with some endurance and a sense of adventure!

Description of this Peak and hike to go to the summit

This is the most climbed mountain in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. You can start in Minca for a 25 km hike or take a transportation upwards to El Campano village or further to Restaurante Mirador del Mar and then make your way up the hill. Best to engage a local guide!
